Hey!
I hope you all doing well. My name is ---- and I’m a travel blogger nowadays on
my Morocco trip. I have a lot of work on Morocco tourism as I wrote hundreds of blogs to help travelers
explore the land of wonders, Morocco. Now I’m sitting here in the local cafĂ© in
Tangier to write you a few words about how you can visit Morocco in December
and January and what you can expect from the Holiday destination like Morocco.
This all the information is based on my personal experiences and may differ
from other travelers, so the questions and differences are welcome.
Why I was in Tangier for?
Tangier
is nearest To London, I use to come here in my leisure time. Tangier has some
attraction for the tourists which brings them here on the heavenly beaches
Morocco is worldly famous for. December in Tangier is an awesome experience
with the low temperatures and the lovely rains. Because December is a season of
Rains in Morocco and the weather is uncertain, travelers avoid coming to the
place but for a traveler like me, Moroccan coasts and the mainland attractions
are the round the year possibility.
You
should visit Tangier wither Solo or with your family and friends. My concern as
a journalist and as a blogger has always been to see the nations on the growing
stages. Morocco’s growing situation also is an interesting element to discover.
My next destination is to visit Fez to look over the preparations for the
International Artists Festival.
International
Artists Festival in January:
This
is an event of my central interest I’m destined to come in January. The
festival would take place on 9,10,11,12 of January and would be a great
opportunity for the local and international artist community to come together
and share all the expressions of arts.
Art
has many languages and expressions, singing, drawing, writing, dancing,
theatre, Drama, Film, etc. These all are the famous expressions of art artist
community belong to. They are coming to Fez and will present their artwork to
the participants of the festival. I expect a good number of artists and the
local, foreign community would participate in the festival.
My
interest in art is so old and I’m fond of enjoying and exploring the artistic
types of expressions. It is a great representation of the country, its culture,
and its traditions. Morocco has a very rich culture and traditions to showcase
I believe.
Off the Season Visit to Morocco:
Usually,
travelers visit the place in Summers because mostly the festivals Morocco hosts
come during the summer vacations. There are a number of other reasons too but
my reason is to plan for Marrakech is to take the perfect experience of the ride
in the airs of Marrakech, means the hot air balloon ride. It always fascinates
me and my Husband and we never want to land from a beautiful ride which
ultimately we have to.
I
recommend to take a room of Hostel or a Riad near Djema el Fna, it would be safe
and convenient. All the old city activities are there at little distances. Taking
the traditional meals in dinner at the Cafe De France will give you the
beautiful colorful sights of Djema el Fna a very charmful place in Marrakech.
There is a terrace sitting in Café de France which gives you the direct views
of Djema. I recommend you not to miss the mint tea after dinner.
Downstairs
is a world of lights, Fragrances, Street food, traditional products and the
actual representation of Moroccan culture. I heard about the place that it was
once a place of execution but is it believable? Never. But it was. A traveler
should take the real charms of Moroccan culture visiting that market which
would be not so far from your Riad.
Listen,
Don’t forget to take the warm shower in traditional Hammams now facilititated
with the Spa services for the travelers especially.
Off to the Desert, the actual winter pleasures:
Why
travelers like me travel to the places like Morocco in winters have a very
simple answer. To take the heats which are not available in our homelands
half-buried in snow. We know the importance of heats of the sun. That makes us
travel to warm places. Desert in Morocco is an ideal place for travelers coming from such places.
Your
trip is embraced with the traditional Berber foods and the very famous Desert
dish, Camel tajine. I have less time to visit the places in Morocco this time
otherwise Desert could be the must-go destination for me. I will come to attend
the Fez Artists festival in January through Virikson Holidays and will book a
special package that includes the Desert trip. My recommendation is to
accompany the trip and take the best cultural holiday experiences in Morocco
together. It can also be adjusted with your Christmas and New year Holidays.
Cheers!
