1. Evaluate the Number of Employees

Let's say that you found an alternative path that could save you one minute for each delivery. That may not seem like much but adding up the number of deliveries you do per day, it could lead to a big increase yearly. 

5. Employee Screening 

Not only should you make sure that you have enough employees to run your warehouse, but you also need to be certain that those employees are of high quality. 

Ask yourself if you have done a background check, personality test, and can you tell that an employee will work hard? If you get the right employees working for you, you are more likely to see better results.
